The Holiday Inn Civic Center is a first-class hotel, located in the heart of the theater and arts district. The hotel is a 14-story high-rise that was recently refurbished. The hotel has recently added new 25" TVs with Lodgenet Digital System, featuring the latest in high speed internet access, as well as video games for the kids (both for a fee). ADA approved guest rooms also feature roll in showers, visual alert systems, and closed captioning. A sun deck is adjacent to the year-round outdoor heated pool, along with the fitness facility. Pets under 20 pounds are welcome with a deposit. For their guests' convenience the hotel staff is available 24-hours a day.
